Geralt is always reachable by the network. Unless it's an emergency, expect not to hear back for a few hours, if not a few days.
To talk to him in person, you'll need to be in Cadens or go to his domain, a snowy mountain fortress. Yard is open; doors are locked. If he isn't around, leave a delivery with the white wolf.
[ she's been curious ever since he mentioned it, both about the creature itself and about how much he's willing to share with her. the pause isn't a surprise; she's honestly happy he replied to her text at all. ]
do you think it can see you? to watch what would happen
i was reading about curses and got curious. there's a section in the library but they don't offer a lot of clear instructions, probably to prevent unsanctioned replications of what might be constituted as "dark" magic. istredd says magic is about heart and will and intentions, so i wondered about the intentions of a creature that promises a wish and grants a woe. do you think it counts as a curse if you asked for it?
[ Destiny? A little spell that made no difference in the end? If Destiny fated their paths to cross, then does a wish matter? Or had Destiny needed him to make that wish?
The truth is, he's learnt that wishes aside, their intertwined lifelines are just that. Like Ciri, they found their way to each other because they wanted to. And he thinks, if he and Yen had wanted nothing of one another—then perhaps nothing would have come. ]
maybe there's still time to decide. if magic is about intentions and the djinn doesn't get to choose for you. you could ask what "we" think too.
[ whoever "we" is to him, when that wish was made. she wonders if they might've said something different - or maybe they'd see the same thing in the end. ]

a curse can always be reversed.
Though not all feel the cost is worth it.
A djinn's wishes are extorted from a creature
trapped by another's magic.
It's only natural it seeks a way to disobey.
But in looser terms...
anything can constitute a curse if you see it as one.

It's hard to say.

[ And he doesn't think the answer to that is what he's looking for anymore. ]
You may ask one more question.
