Geralt is always reachable by the network. Unless it's an emergency, expect not to hear back for a few hours, if not a few days.
To talk to him in person, you'll need to be in Cadens or go to his domain, a snowy mountain fortress. Yard is open; doors are locked. If he isn't around, leave a delivery with the white wolf.
[ Arriving at the Witcher house alongside two other gifts for those living there, is one marked for Geralt.
The amount of effort put into the packaging might seem a little bit much for the contents of the box, especially when one considers how large the box actually is. Inside the box contains a sculpture of a wolf. A sculpture made of twigs to be exact.
Despite how haphazard it looks because of the nature of the material, it's actually constructed well and sturdy all things considered. It won't fit on a coffee table since it comes up to his shins but it'll do nicely as a hallway decoration...or some really good kindling if he so chooses. ]
[ Hilda has evidently put a lot of effort into the wolf Geralt pulls out of the package. It's oddly thoughtful, and he wonders if some of this has to do with, hm. Perhaps the way he saw her and Ciri spend time together at Sam's gathering, and her earlier discovery of Geralt's relationship to Ciri.
Or Hilda has simply taken a liking to him. This does happen on occasion.
Either way, the wolf finds its home downstairs where he's started to do his woodworking. It does not occur to him to connect the twigs outside his Horizon to these twigs. He is not a man who searches for patterns where one is not warranted.
A few days later, a palm-sized wooden wyvern will appear on Hilda's doorstep. The note contains a plain For Hilda, and signed with his name beneath. The carving is similar in make and quality to the whittled birds decorating Jaskier's plant shop. The design is not especially complex, in other words, but it is recognizably one of the wyverns from her home world. The wings, like the birds', are carved tucked into its back. ]
